Installation

Method 1 :

Go to Plugins → Add New
Click Upload Plugin (top of the page).
Click Choose File and select the .zip file.
Click Install Now.
After installation, click Activate Plugin.

Method 2 :

Upload the entire contact-form-7 folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen (Plugins > Installed Plugins).

You will find Contact menu in your WordPress admin screen.
